These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between you and jll3. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of written notice, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.
jll3 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered users via email or SMS to the contact details on file, and the updated Terms will be published on jll3.club with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
